Highway A1 exit "Bologna Casalecchio", or Tangential Street of Bologna exit "Bologna Casalecchio", then follow the direction "Maranello-Bazzano-Vignola" along the alternative route SS 569, exit n. 4 "Zola Predosa", turn left.
In the roundabout turn right and follow the signs for "Zola Predosa center and swimming pool." At the stop with the main street of Zola Predosa (via Risorgimento), turn left then immediately right in Via Bernardoni, go right at the roundabout and then turn right at the next intersection.
Arrived in Via Raibolini rights continue for about 1 km.

Palazzo Albergati
Its construction started during the second half of the Seventeenth century, on commission of Girolamo Albergati Capacelli and thanks to the technical contribution of Gian Giacomo Monti. It has kept its original features and it is one of the best examples of baroque architecture. It is surrounded by a typical garden-country.



Palazzo Bentivoglio Pepoli
It has been built at the beginning of the Sixteenth century by Alessandro Bentivoglio. Then it has belonged to the families Marescotti and Pepoli.



Palazzo Stella
It is the ancient seat of the Town Hall.
Outside there is a tombstone in memory of the painter Francesco Raibolini said "il Francia" (1450-1517), originating from Zola Predosa.


Torre delle Tombe
It is an example of medieval architecture. During that time, the tower was used to safeguard the courtyard of the manor house and of the rural housesi.
 


Villa Zanchini Garagnani

It has been built in 1679 by Edoardo Zanchini. In front of the villa there is a spherical hypogeal icebox-cistern, probably dated to the Sixteenth century.




Villa Edvige - Garagnani

It has probably been built during the second half of the Eighteenth century and since 1971 it belongs to the Municipality of Zola. It is a typical example of a middle-class dwelling for the holidays.




Villa Socini - Portoni Rossi

It is very ancient but the actual structure belongs to the Nineteenth century. There are two bricks arches that marked the limits of the ancient Via S. Isaia, which brought to Bologna.



Abbazia dei Santi Nicoḷ ed Agata

It is the result of the unification of two different previous churches. This unification has been made during half of the Fifteenth century.
The actual church has been inaugurated on July 24th, 1781 and it has been designed by the architect Cosimo Morelli. It has a precious organ, dated Nineteenth century
.
