BOUQUET: Strong aroma of withered flowers, with a keen, fruity flavour.
FLAVOUR: Full-bodied. The taste of sugar is well integrated with the wine structure.
RECOMMENDED with mature cheese, fresh or dried fruit, and desert.
ALCOHOL: 14% vol.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
TYPE OF WINE: Sweet white table wine.
GRAPES: Sauvignon 40% Pignoletto 60% grapes.
PLACE OF PRODUCTION: Zola Predosa - Bologna.
PROCESS: The grapes are lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature (20°C).
AGEING PERIOD: kept for 6 months in steel containers and then conserved in bottles.
