RECOMMENDED as an aperitif, and as such, can be mixed with fruit juices.
Excellent with cold starters, salmon and dry biscuits.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
TYPE OF WINE: Sparkling Rose'.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon from the hills of Bologna.
PLACE OF PRODUCTION: Zola Predosa - Bologna.
PROCESS: Manual vintage, lightly macerated in the skins for a short
period, and is then allowed to ferment very slowly in stainless steel
containers at a controlled temperature (22 °C).
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: Yes.
AGEING PERIOD: 3 months in stainless steel containers, fermented in
a stainless steel autoclave, and bottled in a controlled atmosphere.
