A must selected from Pignoletto DOC grapes, which are prepared over a low fire for several days following the old traditional Bolognese recipe without any preservatives

The result is a wine with dark colour, a sweet taste and fruity on the nose.

Like in the past is recommended with pumpkin filled tortellini, boiled pork, calf's head, and cheese.

"With the fresh snow they made the granatina; with eggs and the flour the pinza".
