The Wine cellar

Our wine cellar is composed:
Ground floor: Temperatures and atmosphere of fermentation are controlled by stainless-steel tanks. All types of wines are storage and ageing here. Special sterilisation unit with heat conditioning is used for second fermentation of sparkling wines and stabilisation of ordinary wines. Bottling, labelling plant, storage and shipment rooms with controlled humidity and temperature are located here too.
First floor: Wine-making area with stainless-steel pneumatic press for light pressing, refrigerator unit, fermentation tanks and vats for initial decanting.
The old wine cellar contains 1500-litre oak casks for ageing red wine.
