COLOUR: ruby-red wine.
BOUQUET: the bouquet is reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry with a slight hint of forest fruits and spices.
FLAVOUR: delicate, fresh, harmonic and pleasantly sparkling.
RECOMMENDED: with salami, cold cuts, sausages, boiled meats and soups.
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
BOTTLE: 0,75 lt. (Patended Bottle COLLI BOLOGNESI).

WINEMAKING PROGRESS

TYPE OF WINE: Barbera Frizzante DOC Colli Bolognesi.
GRAPES: 100% Barbera from the hills of Bologna.
PLACE OF PRODUCTION: Zola Predosa – Bologna.
PROCESS: manual vintage, first fermented with the skin for 8-10 days, then re-fermented at controlled temperature (20°-22°C) in stainless steel tanks.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: yes.
AGEING PERIOD: in stainless steel tanks and re-fermented in autoclave, aged in bottle.
