COLOUR: dark intense ruby red
BOUQUET: aroma of herbs and wet earth.
FLAVOUR: Dry, full-bodied and well balanced taste.
RECOMMENDED served at 18 °C after being uncorked a few hours earlier, particularly enhances roast meat and game, sauces and spicy pork, mushrooms and mature cheese. It can be served throughout the meal, especially if combined with soups or pasta dishes. Excellent with beef fillets in balsamic vinegar.
