BOUQUET: large, complex and persistent with evident fruity and floral notes that give way to a slight minerality.
FLAVOUR: typical, dry, soft, consistent, fresh and tasty at the same time, qualities that give the wine immediate drinkability and long pleasure
RECOMMENDED: can be enjoyed throughout the meal, especially with pasta dishes, soups and tortellini, seafood and white meats. Recommended with antipasti and cheese.
