GRAPES: selection of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% between Grechetto Gentile and Pinot Bianco.

PROCESS: manual vintage, lightly pressed, slowly fermentated in tonneau Allier.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: yes.
AGEING PERIOD: 18-24 months in tonneau and barrique, then in stainless steel tanks and bottle.
